   • Any defective or non-standard items are replaced or corrected before final delivery.

   • Production and shipment timelines are mutually agreed upon before the start of every order.

   • We treat our customers as partners and maintain open communication throughout the process.
   • Design approvals, order details, and special requirements are always confirmed with the customer to avoid misunderstandings.

5. Return & Replacement Policy:

   • In case of manufacturing defects or errors from our side, we ensure replacement or compensation as per agreed terms.
   • Returns due to customer-side errors (wrong specifications, incorrect order details, etc.) are handled case by case.

6. Confidentiality Policy:

   • Customer designs, specifications, and business details are kept strictly confidential.
   • We do not share or replicate exclusive designs without prior written consent.
